Rules and Regulations
1. The outdoor event will take place in the parking lot in front of our store. The address is 2301 Airport Thruway in Columbus, GA.
2. The fee for a space at this event is $75.00. This fee reserves you a spot that is 10’ x 10’ but does not include any set up items. Vendor will be responsible for a tent, tables, set up items, merchandise, and accepting payments. The registration fee is non-refundable.
3. This market is geared towards handmade items, wholesale items, antiques and other treasures. It is not a place for yard sale items or MLM businesses.
4. Bluebelle Staff will review and approve all items sold.
5. Bluebelle staff will assign and manage reserved spaces for issues such as handicapped access and access to power.
6. Reserved spaces with access to power are very limited and are on a first come first serve basis only. These spaces are $10 extra.
7. Outdoor market hours of operation are 10am-4pm. We expect you to be set up for the entire duration of the event. Packing up early will result in possible expulsion from future events.
8. Set up will occur no earlier or later than the time slot assigned to your reserved space number.
9. If you have reserved a spot with access to power, please make sure that extension cords are grounded (3-prong). We have limited extension cords you can use but we are not responsible for any electrical issues or damage caused by using them. You are welcome to provide your own.
10. Generators are not permitted for any Bluebelle Market unless you are set up as an approved food vendor.
11. Vehicles must be removed from the market area during set up by the end of your given time slot. Only ONE vehicle permitted at each space at any given time.
12. Vendors are required to display and sell their items in a clean and safe manner.
13. All vendors should operate their business in a professional manner at all times.
14. Vendors will clean immediate area and make sure it is free from debris, boxes, packing materials, etc. Trash items may be places in the dumpster beside Bluebelle. Failure to dispose of your trash will result in potential expulsion from future events.
15. Vendor vehicles are prohibited from entering the market area before customers have left the market area.
16. Any state or federal licensing requirements are the responsibility of the vendor. Bluebelle Home Décor LLC, will not be held responsible for anyone not meeting those requirements.
17. Vendors will be responsible for form of payment as well as all applicable state and local taxes.
18. Bluebelle has the right to cancel the outdoor market for any reason to include inclement weather or any other conflicts or issues. Bluebelle reserves the right to change event schedule as needed. No refunds will be given.
19. Solicitation is not allowed.
20. Vendors who break any rules/ regulations or are a no-show will not be allowed to participate in future events. Vendors have 24 hrs prior to event to contact us about cancelling. No refunds given.
21. If a vendor cannot attend, they need to contact the store immediately so we can utilize our waitlist.
By signing this document below, I certify that I have read agree to follow rules listed above. I further agree, to extent allowed by law, that I shall defend, indemnify, and hold Bluebelle Home Décor, LLC (Bluebelle local mercantile/ Bluebelle outdoor markets/ Harmony Place Shops), its officers, employees and agents harmless of and from all losses, damages, claims, expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees at the trial and appellate levels, actions and causes of actions arising out of, or in any way connected with, or by reason of the event, including, but not limited to any claim for the death of, or injury to, any person or damage to, theft of, or destruction of any property arising out of any act or omission of its’ officers, agents and employees. Bluebelle Home Décor, LLC and Harmony Place Shops shall not be liable to vendor, or any officer, employee, agent, contractor, invitee or guest of vendor for any injury or damage to person or property.
